History
Aero Arc has been diverse in its design capabilities with products ranging from Tract lighting, high performance automotive, personal containment on rides such as Space Mountain™ (Disney®), to advanced tactical weapon components. During the early years of the company, Aero Arc was awarded a sole-source contract with the United States Navy (China Lake, N.W.C.), for developmental welding and machining techniques, receiving numerous commendation letters for outstanding performance on production, quality and delivery.

Aero Arc has concentrated on supporting critical development programs, recognizing the urgency and cost controls necessary to transform the idea into reality. Most recently, Aero Arc has supported major Aerospace companies in the development and manufacturing support phases of military, space and commercial aerospace components. The result of Aero Arc’s efforts is evidenced by the ongoing awards, letters of excellence and contracts over the years, some of which are included in this website.
